Ken Jamieson, Non-Executive Chairman (Director) Ken is a chartered electrical and production engineer from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, with wide and deep management experience. He is the UK Principal of a Canadian and UK digital print consultancy, which he formed some 12 years ago. Currently he is a non executive director of a major Middle East publishing group and non executive chairman of a plc media company whose focus is the use of LCD screens, in 'out-of-home' environments, to deliver content of all types. He has been the Chairman of a passenger/freight UK airline and the managing director of a NatWest computer services subsidiary, from which he led and completed a MBO in 1987, selling it to a major plc,- some 5 years later. He joined BizEsp in early 2008. He is also a non executive director of a UK company, which has traded successfully with China over the last five years, albeit in a different product area. He is a senior mentor in the UK's Princes Trust program.

Dosten
Baluch, , CEO (Director) Dosten, BSc. Chemistry, Ph.D. Materials Science and MBA (Warwick), has had wide ranging executive experience in a variety of technology businesses in an industrial career spanning 20 years. He specialisms are in strategy, venturing and international marketing related to electronics and engineering sectors with emphasis on the China region where he has had 7 years of field experience including licensing/joint venture deals, venturing and national/provincial business legislation. He has also had significant hands-on involvement in establishing manufacturing operations and growing these from 0 to 100 staff. Dosten has held management positions including high volume production in the UK Civil Service, Cookson Group plc, Coates Viyella plc, TWI Limited and Microsharp Corporation Limited. Dosten has been with BizEsp since incorporation.

David
Bridgland, CFO (Director & Company Secretary); David has an MA in Engineering and qualified as chartered accountant with Ernst & Young (London). Over the last 15 years, David has accumulated wide ranging experience of working with blue-chip publicly quoted and venture-capital funded high technology companies. Recently, as Finance Director, he was involved in the successful development of Capteur Sensors Limited and its trade sale to City Technology Plc. He was appointed Finance Director of City Technology where he played a key role in post-acquisition integration and doubling the size of the integrated business through organic growth and acquisition. David has been with BizEsp since incorporation.

Paul Slaughter, Non-Executive Director Paul has B.Mus and M.Ed degrees from Edinburgh University and balances 14 years experience in education with 15 years in commerce and industry. In education he has been a classroom teacher, examiner, and an education authority teacher advisor. He has written and published curriculum materials, led technology courses for advisors across the UK, and sat as a member of the national panel for the development of the music curriculum. He has accompanied finalists in TV broadcasts of the BBC's Young Musician of the Year series and led workshops with the English National Opera. In commerce, he has founded and grown two innovative businesses in software development (TEEM Multimedia) and IP broadcasting (Lit Screens) taking them from a standing start into profit. He has developed partnerships with the BBC, Barclays, BT, and NEC, and is experienced in fund raising from both private and public sector sources. He has been a Director of the largest Chamber of Commerce in the UK, chairing its Northumberland division, and a founding Director of a Northern Business Link. He joined BizEsp in 2008.

John Lee, Non-Executive Director John, B.Sc (Exeter), PhD Physics (Imperial College), has over 30 years experience in the ceramics, engineering, and electronics industries and spent the last decade advising high growth start-up businesses including numerous non-executive directorships. He has been a Managing Director of three companies and has experience of businesses turnarounds, spin-outs, venture capital funded start-ups, and high growth technology ventures. He has had hands-on involvement setting up operations, sales and marketing teams with full P&L responsibility and more recently co-founded an innnovative technology IP company, successfully licensing the technology to Germany and Holland. His industrial manufacturing experience includes renewable energies, semi-conductor gas sensors, ceramic glow plugs and other specialist components for the microwave electronics industries. His international business involvement spans Japan, the US and Russia. He is currently a Director of North Oxfordshire Enterprise Hub helping new high growth businesses to incubate and prosper in Oxfordshire. John joined BizEsp in 2009.
